What We Do
How does Platinum Private Wealth protect my information? To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. 
How does Platinum Private Wealth collect my information? We collect your personal information, for example, when you

  • Apply for a loan or provide account information
  • Give us your income information
  • Apply for financing
  • Pay us by check
  • Show us your drivers license
We also collect your personal information from others such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies.
Why can’t I limit all sharing? Federal law gives you the right to limit only
  • Sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes –information about your creditworthiness
  • Affiliates from using your information to market to you
  • Sharing for non-affiliates to market to you

Definitions
Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies. Platinum Private Wealth does not share with affiliates.
Non‑Affiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies. Platinum Private Wealth does not share with non-affiliates.
Joint Marketing
A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
Our Joint marketing partners include Texas Independent Bank only for credit card applications.
Other Important Information
In accordance with New Mexico law, Platinum Private Wealth will not share information we collect about New Mexico residents with companies outside of Platinum Private Wealth , except as permitted by law, such as legal processes or as required to service your account. We will limit sharing within our company to the extent required by applicable New Mexico law.
